Stirling Pugh is an accredited Mediator, Trustee of the Society of Mediators and member of the Civil Mediation Council. He is an experienced work place ILM accredited Coach. He is also a very experienced senior educator and hospital clinician. 

His credentials in clinical medicine, education, healthcare management and mediation enable him to help resolve disputes and help clinical teams and individuals to improve all areas of their work individually and together.

After 19 years adjudicating in professional, clinical, managerial and educational disputes he became a mediator and has experience in large group mediations and workplace disputes.

He has a strong background in healthcare management from Clinical Services to Chairman of a National Committee reporting to the Department of Health.

He is former Head of School (Medicine) and Associate Post Graduate Dean at Severn Deanery; As HoS he led quality assurance and responds to concerns about delivery of training and quality of trainees.

Healthcare Management: Clinical Service Lead (Gastroenterology, Endoscopy and Upper GI Cancer); Clinical Director for Division of Medicine (£10m budget) and former Chairman of a National Expert Working Group for the Information Centre NHS reporting to the Department of Health (Chapter F Healthcare Resource Group, over 5 million Finished Consultant Episodes and covering £1billion secondary care expenditure).

He continues to be a Hospital Consultant, was awarded a National Clinical Excellence Award and runner up lead consultant for a National Clinical Service Excellence (Acute Services).
